Too often, women lack access to mentors who understand their lived experiences, professional networks that open doors, and visible role models who reflect their identities and aspirations.
The result is untapped potential, slower career progression, and fewer opportunities to thrive.
At RGW, we believe that when women are connected, supported, and empowered, they don't just advance individually—they transform workplaces, communities, and future generations.

We connect women across industries and career stages through mentorship, sponsorship, and community, so no one has to figure it out alone or start from zero.

How the Program Works
Connect Through Community
We host quarterly networking and leadership events that bring together women from diverse industries and career stages. Through engaging conversations, workshops, and shared experiences, participants build authentic relationships that last beyond the event.

Participants are thoughtfully matched with experienced professionals and industry leaders who provide mentorship, practical career guidance, and support throughout their leadership journey.

Who Should Join?
Mentees & Emerging Leaders
Women who are ready to invest in their growth, strengthen their leadership skills, build confidence, expand their professional networks, and explore new opportunities.
This may include women who are:

No previous leadership title is required. What matters most is a willingness to learn, grow, connect, and support others along the journey

Mentors may contribute by:
