KickStart Vocational Training

Crafting Economic Freedom, Stich by Stitch - RGW’s KickStart initiative offers invaluable vocational training to underprivileged women and girls in Pakistan’s villages.

RGW's KickStart initiative provides essential vocational training, teaching women and girls to stitch high-quality sports equipment. This training not only imparts a marketable skill but also offers a viable source of income. The hands-on experience allows participants to earn while they learn, establishing a foundation for financial independence.

Situated in areas facing significant social and economic challenges, our training facilities offer a child-friendly and secure environment, along with transportation to increase accessibility. This ensures that even women from the most remote areas can access our training centres, breaking down barriers to participation.

By equipping women with skills that directly lead to income generation, KickStart improves their personal economic status and empowers them to become change-makers within their communities.

This strategic empowerment extends beyond skill development; it builds a supportive network as women work in small teams, fostering confidence and sustainable self-reliance.

Your support makes a direct impact, enabling underprivileged women and girls to receive vocational training to earn an income while learning and contributing to their community's growth.
