KickStart Vocational Training

Crafting Economic Freedom, Stitch by Stitch

RGW's KickStart initiative provides invaluable vocational training to underprivileged women and girls in rural villages across Pakistan, empowering them with the skills to achieve economic independence.

RGW's KickStart initiative provides essential vocational training by teaching women and girls how to stitch high-quality sports equipment. This training not only equips them with valuable, marketable skills but also creates a sustainable source of income. Through hands-on experience, participants can earn while they learn, building a strong foundation for long-term financial independence.

Situated in areas facing significant social and economic challenges, our training centres provide a safe, child-friendly environment and transportation services to improve accessibility. This ensures that women and girls, even from the most remote communities, can access our training facilities, helping to break down barriers to participation.

By equipping women with skills that lead directly to income generation, KickStart improves their financial well-being and empowers them to become agents of positive change within their communities.

This strategic empowerment goes beyond skill development by building a supportive network where women work in small teams, fostering confidence, collaboration, and long-term self-reliance.
