RGW Afghan Refugee Girls School

In 2021, RGW assumed responsibility for the Afghan Refugee Girls School in Pakistan with a clear vision: to provide a four-year educational program for 1,000+ Afghan refugee girls. The school has significantly advanced toward this goal, now operating two campuses and planning to open a third.

RGW Afghan Refugee Girls School is situated in Nowshera in the northern region of Pakistan and operates at the lower secondary level. The school follows Pakistan's academic calendar and curriculum to ensure that students can smoothly integrate into the education system. RGW covers all operational expenses and provides all the necessary resources to students.

RGW invests in teacher development through capacity-building workshops and provides students with uniforms, bags, stationery, and transportation. This approach not only offers these girls a chance at education but does so in a manner that is both accessible and sustainable, with a solid commitment to empowering Afghan refugee girls through education.
