In Turkiye, home to over four million refugees, RGW's Preloaded Shopping Card Program focuses on the most vulnerable — widows and families with children.

Each month, these families receive a card preloaded with funds that they can use at participating supermarkets. This allows them to purchase groceries, stationery, hygiene products, and other essentials.

A key goal of this program is to mitigate the stigma associated with receiving aid. It promotes a sense of normalcy and dignity by allowing families to select goods according to their specific needs and preferences and at their convenience.

This approach not only addresses the immediate needs of refugee families but also supports their long-term independence and integration into the local community.
