Usman is a passionate individual who loves helping people and giving back to the community. With his diverse educational background, professional designations, and active involvement in various organizations, he continues to make significant contributions to society.

His commitment to public service and his ongoing pursuit of knowledge through his Master's program reflect his dedication to creating a safer and more inclusive Ontario for all.

His passion for giving back is evident through his involvement with various charitable organizations. As a volunteer, he has dedicated his time and efforts to organizations such as the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), and the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Along with serving as a director on the RGW board, Usman also serves as the treasurer on the board of Carabram, a non-profit organization. Through these roles, he contributes to the organization's financial stability and helps support its mission and initiatives.

With a Paralegal Education Diploma from Humber College and a Business degree from York University, Usman has built a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise. He has further demonstrated his commitment to professional development by obtaining several designations, including Canadian Registered Safety Professional and Certified Health & Safety Consultant.

He is an esteemed member of the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, and the Law Society of Ontario. His dedication to his field is exemplified by his active involvement and commitment to upholding high standards and ethics.

Continuing his pursuit of knowledge and excellence, he is currently enrolled in the Master’s program at York University, where he is studying Public Policy Administration & Law. This academic endeavour will further enhance his understanding of governance, policy-making, and legal frameworks.

He currently works at the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board to create a safer work environment in Ontario. Through his dedication and expertise, he aims to improve workplace safety and advocate for policies that protect the well-being of individuals.
