Anushka Ataullahjan

Dr. Anushka Ataullahjan is an Assistant Professor in the School of Health Studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Western University.

She is a critical qualitative researcher whose research explores the health of women, children, and adolescents in low- and middle-income countries. She has published widely in top international journals such as Social Science and Medicine, The Lancet and BMJ on a range of topics including sexual and reproductive health and rights, maternal health, nutrition, and vaccination. Dr. Ataullahjan brings over a decade of experience, a strong record of scholarship, and deep commitment to health equity to her role on the board.
