Caroline Neasmith is a strategic advisor and experienced consultant with a deep commitment to advancing leadership excellence and global development. A board member at RGW Canada, she brings more than a decade of experience in business transformation, governance, and innovation, with a clear focus on sustainable, measurable impact.
Caroline currently works with Accenture’s HR Transformation practice, where she specializes in AI deployment and business optimization for large public and private sector organizations. Her work helps leaders modernize systems and processes for the emerging era of agentic AI.
Her experience spans both corporate and international development, with a consistent emphasis on building inclusive systems that deliver lasting change. She has co-led a global initiative in Malawi assessing funding partnerships, procurement systems, and coordination of health commodities across donor networks. She has also evaluated the legacy impacts of Apartheid on South Africa’s poaching industry and mining practices and led a supply chain optimization and food waste reduction effort that designed a system to convert waste into energy while strengthening logistical infrastructure.
Caroline holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a BA Honours in Conflict Studies from Université St. Paul and the University of Ottawa. She is certified in Project Management, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security.
Outside of her consulting and board work, Caroline is a small pottery business owner and a seasoned traveler, bringing a global lens and entrepreneurial mindset to everything she does. A former high-performance athlete, she is known for collaborative leadership in high impact, team driven environments. She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, fostering innovation, and supporting purpose driven organizations that build equitable, resilient communities.
