Faisal is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in renowned organizations such as Aviso Wealth, TD Bank, Laurentian Bank, and London Life. He has held executive-level roles, including Director of Inside Sales, District Vice President, and Associate Vice President of Sales, Strategy, and Digital.

Throughout his career, Faisal has worked in various industries, gaining expertise in analytics, sales leadership, capability development, advice strategy, and distribution leadership. He has made significant contributions to the insurance, retail banking, and wealth management sectors.

In addition to his corporate roles, Faisal has over a decade of experience as an educator, teaching in Business Faculties at York University and Humber College. He is also the Co-Founder and Chair of Refugee Girls Worldwide, a Board Member at William Osler Health System Foundation, and has previously served as a Cabinet Chair at United Way.

Faisal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy, both earned from the University of Windsor.
